Now that there is a vacancy on the Supreme court, president Bush has his hands full in making his decision about how he wants the court structured. This is his decision to make, not the democrats, who falsely claim that they "must be consulted." But nowhere in the constitution does it say that the president needs to consult anyone in making his appointments, it is his sole responsibility granted to him by the U.S. Constitution.

"In 1981, when President Reagan was faced with a vacancy on the Supreme Court, he selected Justice O'Connor," who she called "a consensus conservative nominee who became one of the Court's most respected members."

Is that why the democrats fought so hard against Her appointment then, Hillary? Democrats labeled her as too conservative, warning she would overturn Roe v. Wade. Well unfortunately that didn't happen, but democrats will use their repertoire of hysterics to scare woman against Bush's pick. Seems dems want women to have freedom to choose to kill their babies, but can't allow Bush his righteousness in choosing to save their lives.

As Thomas Sowell said so eloquently: "Although Justice O'Connor was one of the four who opposed this latest outrage, (about the eminent domain ruling) over the years she contributed more than her share to the uncertainties and confusions in the law resulting from such nebulous notions as "undue burden" and other "nuanced" policy-making that splits the baby instead of drawing a line."


Democrats are pulling out their usual emotional ploys again to get the public's back up against Bush and conservatives who want to protect life, while dems want to kill it before it can breath, so liberal women can keep on having promiscuous sexual relations, while not taking any responsibility for what comes after, all in the guise of it being some kind of "right" by some past liberal court justices, while not acknowledging what God's law says.

What democrats keep blinding themselves to is that their party continues to suffer dwindling numbers by allowing their women to commit infanticide, thus killing off their base of voters. The only alternative for democrat is to lie, cheat and steal votes like they've been doing for the past few decades, but they can't get away with it as easily anymore due to the freedom of the internet with bloggers checking the facts, and exposing their false statements and distortions. But even that is being threatened now by judges throwing people in jail for "abusing" their freedom of speech. The day of is coming when speech that goes against the government, but not religion, will be against the law if liberal judges continue to have their way by injecting their personal ideology.

Thompson to Oversee Court Nominee

President Bush has named former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson to help shepherd his yet-to-be named Supreme Court nominee through the Senate, White House spokesman Scott McClellan said Wednesday.

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., said his former colleague has a "profound understanding" of judiciary matters and is known for a "no-nonsense style."

"Fred is a well-respected leader admired on both sides of the political aisle as someone who is fair-minded and straightforward," Frist said in a statement. "He is experienced in the ways of Washington and will undoubtedly provide valuable insight and counsel throughout the confirmation process."

Democrats must be shaking in their socks.


Conservatives want a judge who sticks to his core values, as Justice Thomas does, who sticks to the letter of the constitution, and is not swayed by what his emotionally corrupt liberal colleges desire. Justice Anthony Kennedy was once thought to be that kind of man, but he turned into jelly when confronted by liberals who have no regard for the constitution or what's best for America.

For those old enough to remember, who can forget how the democrats tried to smear president Reagan's appointment of Clarence Thomas in an evil web of lies and personal destruction? That's when many blacks bailed on the democrats, and have continued to do so. Would they make the same mistake against a Bush appointment of Hispanic heritiage? Sure they will because their anger and hatred overpowers any rational decisions they would otherwise make.

Liberals are fearful that putting another conservative judge on the court will overturn the 1973 case of Roe v. Wade that gave women across the country a license for mass murder of innocent lives. Most conservatives are praying that the president will nominate someone who will put an end to these self-serving attrocities, where women put themselves before the lives they took part in creating.

Will president Bush be willing to be as tough on picking this new justice as he is on the war? Democrats and liberals are dreading that he is, which would surely take their accusations that Bush is evil off the table. How can anyone be labeled as being evil by trying to save babies? Just ask a liberal, the majority of which care more about a woman's so called right, than keeping a live baby, ... well, alive.

Democrats WAR Strategery

Now Senate Judiciary Committee member Chuck Schumer has been quoted as saying on his cellphone that democrats are going to war over the Bush's pick, whomever it is!

Mr. Schumer has promised a battle Royale over whoever the President’s nominee was: “It's not about an individual judge… It's about how it affects the overall makeup of the court.”

With knife in hand, Chuckie Schumer proudly declared: “We are contemplating how we are going to go to war over this.”

What Chuckie is really saying is that The EVIL democrats want to keep killing innocent babies, and he wants to be the co-leader with Teddy Kennedy for proving to everyone just how despicably evil democrats really are.

Schumer also said that he wants dems to continue lying to the justices about what they believe, in order to get them on the left as they've done with Justice's Kennedy and O'Conner.

“Even William Rehnquist is more moderate than they expected. The only ones that resulted how they predicted were [Antonin] Scalia and [Ruth Bader] Ginsburg. So most of the time they've gotten their picks wrong, and that's what we want to do to them again.”

“A Priscilla Owen or Janice Rogers Brown style appointment may not have been extraordinary to the appellate court but may be extraordinary to the Supreme Court.”

So if democrats approved of Justice Brown then, how can they not approve of her for the USSC? Looks like dems are in another pickle, and will prove to the world that their words cannot be trusted, as they've promised not to fillibuster anymore judges. That was the deal worked out to stop Sen. Frist from using the so-called Nuclear Option, one that he will now be forced to use if and when the democrats try to block Bush's judicial appointments.

During Justice O'Connor's 1981 confirmation hearing, Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) correctly noted that it was "offensive to suggest that a potential justice must pass the litmus test of any single-issue interest group." Over twenty years later Sen. Kennedy seems to have flipped at the expense of history. In a new statement of hypocrisy, Sir Arrogance notes "As part of the confirmation process, the American people will reasonably expect those questions to be asked and the nominees to answer them." No, Sen. Kennedy, the American people expect a confirmation process that is civil, respectful, and that keeps politics out of the judiciary especially by radical anti-American liberals such as yourself, John Kerry, HIllary Clinton, Howie Dean, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Chuck Schumer etc..

The American Nightmare

In their infamously outrageous decision to strip citizens and taxpayers of the right to own their own property, the Supremo's blew it bigtime. The American people have had their dream turned into a nightmare by this ill-conceived decision that goes against the fundamental principles of the U.S. Constitution.

Democrats and especially liberals, want whatever will hurt this nation and eventually kill it's freedom with bigger government regulations that they want for controlling everyone's lives, because they feel that government knows best what is good for everyone, and that there should be no individual decisions made by the people.

'We The People' have been ripped right out of the Constitution by these justices who've crumpled it up America's founding document and thrown it away.

Democrats want the constitution replaced with a new form of socialized government where everyone is equal, and individual ideas are not accepted. Where government controls everyone's lives and no decisions have to be made by the people, but only by a few. Where no religion exists and everyone can do as they please as long as they follow endless regulations and laws.

In other words, democrats are succumbing to the EU's way of government that we came over here to escape from more than 229 years ago. The current crop of justices have wrongly used the EU's opinions in forming decisions they make for American law, which is fundamentally committing treason in the name of balance, but is really just more implementation of the New World Order, where man rules all, and God and religion are put out to pasture, as evidenced by their latest anti-Christian decision to remove the Ten Commandments from the inside of court buildings.

Watch as this so-called "split-decision" will eventually split this nation and then the world apart, if it is not soon corrected.
