The liberal Supreme Court Justices, Breyer, Ginsberg, Kennedy, Souter and Stevens, are NOT following the Constititution of the United States of America! They are following the U.N. / E.U.'s pacifists' laws to subject American's to the World Court of International (In) Justice.

They are committing Treason in the name of Globalism, and they must be stopped at all costs for the survival of this nation! They should be recalled by a national special election the same way California was saved from Gray Davis.

Ruling that capital punishment for minors violates the Eighth Amendment's ban on cruel and unusual punishment, the court reversed its 1980 decision that allowed executions of convicts who were 16 or 17 at the time of their crimes.

This insanity based on ridiculous liberal emotions will have far-reaching consequences for victims in all capital cases from here on out and retroactively as well. "Due process of law" means nothing anymore because no matter how heinous a crime committed by a 16 or 17 year old, they will likely get off scott-free after serving only a few years in prision, all because of their "youthful indiscretions," no matter how well in advance their plans were. This is like a "time-out" on steroids!

Just think, those boys Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold who shot-up Columbine School murdering teachers and other students would not get the death penalty today. This law was created on the pretense of "understanding" this type of wacko behavior. So instead they'd likely get a cushy jail cell and counselling at taxpayer expense until they've been deemed rehabbed enough to be set-free by another liberal judge in 10 or 20 years.

Even Saddam Hussein should be so lucky as to have his day in court in front of these liberal U.S. Justices. Hell, they'd let him off with pay and convict the president and military for crimes against humanity for upholding the constitution and oath of office!

Murder at will

Lee Boyd Malvo, one of the D.C. snipers is going to be a free man someday because he was (just barely) too young to understand that hunting innocent people, pulling a trigger and killing them is wrong. It must have been like a video game to him huh?

It is now time to for all conservative to get mad, and take serious action against this shredding of our Constitution by a few liberals in black robes! It's now or never because the longer we let it go, the harder it will be to clean up!

What were the reasons we left Jolly 'Ol England in the first place?

The liberal justices declared that it's OK for some kid to go kill anyone they want without fear of receiving the death penalty. Why? Because of International Treaties and FOREIGN laws! They said "The opinion of the world community, while not controlling our outcome, does provide respected and significant confirmation for our own conclusions."

The liberal justices are using foreign laws to form their opinions based on what another country 'feels.' If that isn't committing treason against the U.S. Constitution, then what is?

Read the following article from Tony Blankley, Black robes and betrayal" and if you have any American blood then you'll be angry too about what these inJustices are doing. "In support thereof they cited, inter alia, the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, a treaty before signing which, the U.S. government expressly reserved "the right ... to impose capital punishment on any person (other than a pregnant woman)." To which Justice Scalia observed in his dissent: "Unless the Court has added to its arsenal the power to join and ratify treaties on behalf of the United States, I cannot see how this evidence favors, rather than refutes, [the majority's] position."
    
"After Justice Kennedy used five pages of his logically incoherent majority opinion to cite a hodge podge of foreign laws, he limply and defensively concluded his opinion: "It does not lessen our fidelity to the Constitution or our pride in its origins to acknowledge that the express affirmation of certain fundamental rights by other nations and people simply underscores the centrality of those same rights within our own heritage of freedom." When a Supreme Court justice feels it necessary to write as the closing words of his opinion that he still holds fidelity to the Constitution, it is more than reasonable to assume he knows he has just betrayed that sacred document. But at least he has vouchsafed his popularity at liberal cocktail parties for another year."

ALL Democrats are terrible for America, but this current crop of liberals in that party need to be exposed for the UN-American appeasers and sniveling pacifiers they truly are. Let's give them free-tickets to a country where they'll fit in, like in the EU, Canada or France. Maybe we can come with just such a system so that anyone who doesn't like it here can receive money to leave the country... forever! That would be a great way to use taxes.

It is high time that these liberal justices were banned from ever making any judgments concerning America because they're putting other countries ahead of America, against the U.S. Constitution. It is outrageous!

Democrats are the most selfishly inept political party ever, and they are bringing the U.S. down while giving rise to the Europeon Union. In other words they are trying to replace the U.S. Constitution with the Europeaon Constitution. Has anyone ever read that thing? It is simply monstrous, and will literally gobble up everything and everyone on the planet.

So watch out folks, the kids have been given the keyes, and are now free to kill as they please without any fear of true punishment, thanks to the appeasing LIBERALS! It's all gonna come back to haunt 'em too.
